A Reed Smith trainee solicitor, Jonathan Andrews leads projects/campaign across City law, promoting diversity/employment opportunities. He has worked across the legal sector to remove barriers for disabled people (particularly autistic people, whose employment rate is just 16%), advising firms on recruiting talented disabled people; and overhauling recruitment processes, ensuring a level playing field for those from low socio-economic backgrounds.
Founding the first professional bi-focused network, Jonathan has increased bi visibility within LGBT networks/law firms, working with Aspiring Solicitors and others to mentor 1,000+ aspiring lawyers. He has promoted diversity within/throughout law globally, via key institutions like the UN/Commonwealth/Council of Europe/OECD.
