Being a diverse and inclusive workplace is and always has been part of this Firm’s ethos since it was established in 1995 by senior partner Howard Freeman. Today the firm has 14 partners Oluwole Osibona (originally called to the Nigerian bar), Yogesh Patel, Michael Field, Nina Hansen, Kishoree Kotecha-Pau, Stephen Nelken, Nathan Woodward and Stephen Sasto.
There are also 3 associates, 3 consultants, 6 solicitors, 1 barrister, 1 legal executive, 1 caseworker and 3 trainees all of whom come from different ethnic backgrounds. Our diverse and inclusive culture distinguishes our practice from others that have introduced measures to become diverse.
