Warren Wellington

Warren is an outstanding associate in Latham & Watkins’ London office. As a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, he advises on market-shaping M&A and private equity transactions in the UK and globally. He is local lead for the firm’s Black Lawyers Group (BLG), co-founder and chair of an impactful network (Black British City Group (BBCG)).

Shortly after joining Latham, Warren was appointed as local lead for the BLG, leading a variety of initiatives to support the recruitment, retention, and promotion of Black lawyers. Since 2015, Warren has steered BBCG to connect black professionals with one another and innovate an impact strategy, to support Black-owned businesses, charities and youth. Warren remains an avid mentor, has served as a school governor and advises University of Leeds’ law school as an active member of the University of Leeds’ Advisory Board (ULAB).
