Sarah Casemore

Sarah Casemore is Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the Wellcome Trust. She leads a £12.5 million programme with the ambition to make UK science more diverse and inclusive. She is also interim Director of EDIS (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in Science & Health) and a member of the Royal Society Diversity Committee.

Sarah is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a background in HR, most recently as interim Director of People at Wellcome. She has significant experience of working in diverse global teams and is passionate about the importance of an inclusive and open culture at work.
