Ruth Grant

Ruth Grant is a senior litigation partner and Board member at Hogan Lovells. She chairs the firm’s Global Diversity and Inclusion and London Diversity Committees. As lead diversity partner for the firm, her hard work and commitment to diversity and inclusion over the last ten years have transformed the firm’s reputation as a diversity pioneer both internally and externally.

In particular, the firm has made significant progress in the areas of gender, ethnicity, and LGBT equality, social mobility, and widening access, including recruitment of BAME students. BAME candidate training contract applications have increased from 21% in 2008/9 to 37% in 2014/15 and the percentage of BAME candidates accepting training contracts increased from 11% in 2008/9 to 20% in 2014/15.
