The firm has shown its commitment to supporting female career progression and continues to invest in internal female development programmes, designed to encourage women to aspire for senior positions within the firm and develop the skills that will help them succeed, including the Flourish Programme, the Returner Programme and other initiatives such as the firm’s flexible shared parental leave and agile working arrangements.
Addleshaw Goddard have set a target of 30% female partners by 2019 which, based on current figures, will entail an increase of 3% over this period. Two of the firm’s four Divisional Managing Partners are now female, showing positive signs that the firm is becoming more diverse at senior levels.
